Returns

RETURNS POLICY

KLOFF is proud to provide you with a quality product and hope you are fully satisfied. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied we will gladly accept unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you recieved prior defective product for return, exchange or credit, within 14 days from the shipping date. You will receive a return form in your package. Simply follow the directions on the Return Authorization Form to pack and return all items in original packaging to Kloff Shop.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will have to pay shipping one way. Please allow one to two weeks for returns to process. If you need to review your return or have any specific questions please Contact Us. (contact@klofflimited.com)

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SALE ITEM
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation. Please follow the returns and exchange process if you wish to make changes to your order.
